COMPUTER DISCOVERY CAMP

"FUN WITH CYBERSECURITY"

July 8-18, 2024: Mon.-Thurs., 9-2 pm

Join us for an 8-day hands-on intro to coding and cybersecurity.

Campers will:

  • learn basic coding using MakeCode and microbits
  • learn cybersecurity basics: passwords, authentication, malware, cryptography and more! 

Hands-on curriculum aligned with cyber.org  standards.

WHO:

Middle school students entering grades 7-9 in fall '24 interested in learning coding and cybersecurity OR 

any student who has previously participated in a Coderlaunch event; female & female-identifying students strongly encouraged to apply

WHEN:

July 8-18, 2024; Monday-Thursday, 9-2 pm

FEE:

$30 per student includes lunch, all materials, and snack.  Applicants must apply and be admitted.  Application deadline: June 28,  2024.
